If you installed application on your iPhone outside of AppStore, you will not be allowed to open that application unless you tell iOS that you trust on the developer of this application.
When you try to open an untrusted app, you will get the following error message.
So, how can one tell iOS that developer of an application is trusted or not?
2- Tap on "General".
3- Tap on "Device Management".
4- Now, you will here see the list of all applications whose developers are untrusted. In my example, name of the application which was installed outside of AppStore is "MasterCard Worldwide".
Tap on the name of application that you want it to be opened.
5- Tap on "Trust App".
6- A popover will pop up. Tap on "Trust" button.
7- Then, you will be returned back to the previous page. Now, you will see "Delete App" option instead of "Trust App" option.
NOTE: This is tested on iOS 10.2.1
